Hi,
WordPress installation is :
WP : 4.5.2
WooCommerce : 2.5.5
Cornerstaone : 1.2.4
X-Theme : 4.5.1In the customizer, the number of shop columns is set to three but the product page only displays one column ?
Please help.

You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
June 2, 2016 at 4:37 am #1021803Hi,
I forgot to tell you that before posting this topic I tested the product page with the theme Twenty sixteen and it works perfectly. So I think (maybe wrongly) that the X-theme is concerned.
Thank you.
Laurent.
June 2, 2016 at 6:58 am #1021966Hi,
The problem remains without any other plugin activated (except X-theme plugins). So I think the X-Theme is causing this issue. Could you reply please ?Laurent.

Do you have child theme customizations? Please remove them for a moment. Also, please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins while we investigate.
Thanks.

Plugins deactivated…Thank you.

June 2, 2016 at 9:04 am #1022191Hi,
Obviously a conflict with WPML plugin and X-theme (all WMPL plugins are deactivated). Remember it’s OK with the 20 sixteen theme and WMPL plugins activated.
I let you check. Please let me know.
June 2, 2016 at 10:35 am #1022385Hi Laurent,
Would you mind switching to main X theme from your child theme? Upon checking, the shop page is displaying product category and not your actual products. The settings for 3 columns is there when I viewed the source code. There’s just some code that alters loop of the shop page to display categories instead of your products. Then check the shop again after switching to main X theme. If the issue is fixed, try enabling the child theme and then removing all custom codes. Add custom codes one by one and checking after every add to see which functions or file was causing the issue. If the issue still persists, please provide FTP credentials on a private reply so we can check further.
Hope this helps.
