christine-iParticipantHello,
there seems to be a problem with the woocommerce navbar menu of my shop since I ´ve updated the x-theme to the latest version (4.4.2). If the customer adds an item in the cart, the woocommerce navbar menu will not be updated. The number of items in the navbar menu would be se same.
I´ve already deactivated every plugin excepting woocommerce to exclude a plugin conflict, but this didn´t help.
What can I do to fix this issue?
Thanks in advance.
Best regards,
ChristineThanks in advance.
Best regards, Christine

Paul RModeratorHi Christine,
Login doesn’t seem to work, kindly check again and let us know.
At the meantime please make sure you have WooCommerce: Version: 2.5.5 installed.

Rue NelModeratorHey Christine,
A white screen usually means there is a fatal PHP error. Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening
wp-config.phpand adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true );just above/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */For example:define('WP_DEBUG', true); /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */When you revisit the page with the white screen, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
Please let us know how it goes.

Rue NelModeratorHey Christine,
I went ahead and updated X to 4.4.2 to save you from any troubles. All I did, I checked the updates in Dashboard > Updates. I select X and hit the update button. I waited for a few moments and let the updates finished. You should now see the updated version in your end.
I would recommend that you clear your browser first and test your site again.

RadModeratorHi Christine,
The white page is now fixed, it’s due to your existing settings in your wp-config.php and it’s placed on the wrong line.
About the cart issue, is this WPEngine hosting? I can see mu-plugins there. Would it be okay if I disabled all the plugins while it’s live just for testing? If not, then please clone your site into staging where we can test it.
The structure and code and the same on my site and even from the demo, not sure why it behaves differently.
Thanks!
