Hi Guys,
I use woocommerce and it seemed to be working fine, but now when I click “Proceed to Checkout” the browser loops back and stays in the cart and never proceeds to the checkout.
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

August 25, 2014 at 12:31 pm #91908Hi John,
Thank you for writing in!
It seems to be a plugin conflict. You could try testing for it. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope this helps. 🙂
Thank you.
August 25, 2014 at 2:19 pm #91966Did you actually see a conflict or is this just a standard procedure?
August 25, 2014 at 2:31 pm #91974Hi John,
Did you have any 3rd party plugin installed that is not associated with X?
If so, you can try deactivating them and see if the issue still there,
You can also provide wordpress access to your site so I can check and investigate directly on the back-end.
Thanks

Upon checking on your back-end. I notice that you have a lot of plugins installed on your site.
This is most likely a plugin conflict, you should deactivate all the plugin not associated with X and see if the problem is fix. This doesn’t look like problem related to X and is outside of the support we can offer.
Thanks
