Hey there – just did a fresh X installation + woocommerce. The product images open as a full screen in a new window instead of a woocommerce lightbox. Any idea why this is happening?

here should be an option to turn the lightbox on, but it is not there…See the screenshot https://cl.ly/3T2Y0Y0W3S1Z

    Thanks!

I’m having this same problem – what version did you downgrade to to get the lightbox images to work again?

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

You need to downgrade to compatible version to avoid such issue. We’ll make the new version compatible very soon. For now kindly use the latest compatible version.

    Thanks!

    Okey,

but maybe You know external plugin (even if it is premium)
which shows product in lightbox (or other way – not as a jpg)?
    Plugin compatible with x theme.

    Thanks

    Hello Neil,

Unfortunately, we don’t officially endorse a third party plugin for woocommerce lightbox.
I found this:https://wpbean.com/product/woocommerce-lightbox-pro/ but any question regarding integration and functionalities should be directed to the plugin developer.

    Thanks,
but it’s to heavy for my website.

    I founded:
    – ARI Fancy Lightbox – https://pl.wordpress.org/plugins/ari-fancy-lightbox/
If someone is looking for really simple plugin / compatible with X theme
    it works great.

Greetings, and waiting for _x_ update
