    Hello,

I just switched my client’s site to ‘under construction’ while I migrated their shopping cart data from Shopify to woo commerce. After migrating, (which costs me $120), I see the lightbox isnt functioning nor is there an option to turn it on or off. I’m reading in other threads that the bundled version of WC is ‘beta’ and not supported, and this feature is one of several ‘broken’ features. I’ve got to get this client back online ASAP, and I’m unable to downgrade to the supported version without deleting the current WooCommerce plugin and therefore deleting the store migration I paid for.

    Please help!

    Drew

Hi guys- This same setup (X + WooCommerce) is present on 2 other sites of mine, without this issue so this is particularly strange! Several folks on the Facebook support group spoke of how you remedied this for them. Your support has always been awesome, so I hate to sound pushy, but I could really use this remedy now!

Nevermind, y’all. I figured it out. I was able to FTP WC ver. 2.6.14 without it dumping my products, customers, orders ect. All set!

Let me know when you guys have X sorted for either NOT bundling the beta version automatically, or have X updated to accommodate the new beta of WC- either way, good to know as I’ll be installing X for multiple eCommerce clients these next couple of months.

    Best,

    Drew

    Hello Drew,

Glad you have sorted this out.
Yes, Woocommerce is now using it’s repository foe beta as well. Rest assured that our developer are into this. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this has cause you.
