Hello,
I am building a site on the temporary domain http://cc5.ea6.myftpupload.com/ and having issues with the lightbox on product pages. On some products the lightbox image is bigger than the standard one but with most the lightbox opens with the same size image.
Please can you let know how to make all lightbox images open bigger.
Example of how it should be here: http://cc5.ea6.myftpupload.com/product/ecoflex/
Example of one not resizing here: http://cc5.ea6.myftpupload.com/product/butterfly-display-case/
Running:
Wordpress: 4.4.2
X: 4.3.4
Cornerstone: 1.1.3Note the problem was there before using the Image Zoom plugin you may notice I have
Many Thanks!
March 15, 2016 at 11:45 am #838860Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

Sorry but I think you misunderstood me. The same problem occurs with no 3rd party plugins apart from woocommerce itself. As the X-theme rewrites certain parts of woocommerce including the product image sizes I was hoping there would be a way to alter the size X theme outputs the lightbox image sizes.
If this still is something you feel is outside of your support with that in mind then I understand however I hope that explains it better what I am asking.
All other plugins can be deactivated and I have the problem still.
March 15, 2016 at 10:25 pm #839449Hi There,
Thanks for posting in. I open the image of both link into a lightbox and see the following:
Both of the image in a lightbox is displaying as expected. The ecoflex product image on a lightbox appears as larger because the original image size width is much larger that its height. On the other hand for product butterfly display case, the original image is a square 951X951. The image on a lightbox will display 100 percent based on the container height. So the lightbox container height is 467px;. You original image will be adjusted to 467px in height. The width will adjust proportionately to it’s height.
Hope this helps.

Re-sizing the images and in some cases placing taller images on a square place holder worked perfectly.
