suzannereidParticipantHi,
I’ve set up my client’s WooCommerce site: muscleandbonenyc.com/shop. Everything seems to be working great except the images. Currently when you click on any of them on the product itself, it opens the image attachment as itself.I’d like to be able to click the product gallery images and they change the featured image. Is that possible?
TIA!

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing in!
We can see full product description along with the featured image. See attachment!
Can you please double check for the same?
Thanks for understanding!

suzannereidParticipantYes, that is all good. what’s not good is that when you click the image, it opens the image attachment. I’d rather have lightbox than that. Also, see the attachemtn, when i have a gallery like the attached screenshot, i’d like to be able to click the images and it change the big featured image.

JoaoModeratorHi there,
That is unusual,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that does not work please provide your wp admin crendentials so we can take a closer look.
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. It looks like the WooCommerce Product Gallery settings were missing in your site. http://prntscr.com/e6u2cn
I did some further investigation. I did some further investigation. I noticed that you are using PHP version 5.3.24 (please check this in WooCommerce > System Status) and WordPress 4.7 requires at least 7.0 (https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/). This could possibly be the cause of the issue. In most cases you cannot update your PHP version yourself and need to contact your host about this. The upgrade process is an easy process and should be something your host can do for you without affecting your website or charging you for it. Here’s a letter you can send to your hosting company:
Dear host, I\'m interested in running the open-source WordPress <https://wordpress.org/> web software and I was wondering if my account supported the following: - PHP 7 or greater - MySQL 5.6 or greater - The mod_rewrite Apache module - HTTPS support Looking forward to your reply.Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.
