Hello,

I am having an issue getting the product images and product gallery images to display on the individual project pages. When I switch to Twenty Fifteen , I do not have this issue. It seems that something is putting height=”1″ width=”1″ on the images. I have tried disabling plugins and changing settings with no luck.

I was able to display the main image by putting this as a temporary fix for the featured images:

.woocommerce-main-image img {
width: 100% !important;
min-height: 300px !important;
}

Any idea how I could fix this issue for good and get the gallery images to display as well?

We’re sorry you were having this issue.
Do you have a caching plugin? If yes, please note to purge cache before disabling it and then check again while all other plugins is disabled. If not, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Hi There,

The login credentials is not working. It says invalid username. Please double check. For the mean time, you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

I did test for plugin conflicts. I reset the login for you , it should now work.

Thank you resetting the credentials! Upon checking, I see you’ve not updated your theme. Please make sure you update X theme and Cornerstone to the latest versions to avoid conflicts. You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
