We have renew theme with woo commerce plug in installed. I am noticing that the “product name” is not showing up in each product sub category…only the price shows on each “category archive” page. I had woo commerece tech support to look into this and they are stating that it is a theme issue. I have tried changing theme to twenty thirteen etc and it DOES show up fine…so it appears that the them may be the issue.

FYI…i regretfully performed the WooCommerce update last week and it caused the site to NOT show any product variations. Upon doing some research, xtheme was not compatible with WC 2.4.6. I was instructed to downgrade to WC 2.3.9 and it did fix the variations issue…however it apparently made other issues with the product names not showing up on “category archive” pages??
please help. thanks
September 28, 2015 at 10:24 am #601455Hi there,
Thanks for writing in! X is already updated with latest woocommerce support. So you should use the latest version.
Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)
You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.
If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
September 29, 2015 at 8:05 am #602983Thanks for the reply. However, I have updated everything, plug ins etc, also went ahead and updated to woo commerce 2.4.7 today, it corrected the product titles but am now back to where i started with the variations issue…I am getting this error message upon selecting products “Sorry, no products matched your selection. Please choose a different combination.”
This was the initial issue and I was instructed to downgrade to WC 2.3.9 and this would be corrected. It did correct the variations problem but created another issue with the product titles not showing up.
any ideas would be helpful.
September 29, 2015 at 8:39 am #603037Hi there,
Before we start troubleshooting, please install Cornerstone from X Addons -> Extensions and disable X shortcodes plugin.
Also downgrade woocommerce to v2.4.6 which is compatible with X.
Hope that helps.

Thank you for the admin credentials.
Please make sure you have a price entered in every variation for your variable products. The drop-downs will not work at all unless the variations are all entered correctly and have a price.

September 30, 2015 at 12:24 pm #605104i deleted the variable.php file and it appears to correct this issue. I had already been thru the thread with downgrading to 2.3.9 and this corrected the problem but broke other things such as “product titles not showing up” etc. Then I was told by woo commerce “ninjas” that this is something that is edited in functions.php to increase the variations threshold. None of this helped.
Please make sure NOT to include this variable.php override code in next update…i cannot afford to fix this again:)
thanks for your help.September 30, 2015 at 2:13 pm #605250Hi there,
