    Dear Support

    Please, could you help me in order to understand why Chrome and Firefox detect on my HOME Page (https://www.ilsentierodeglignomi.it/) that Adobe Flash Player is required?

    ONLY HOME PAGE
    All other pages don’t require Adobe Flash Player

    Please, could you help me in order to understand where (which component or section) require Adobe Flash Player in my HOME source page?

    Google Chrome: http://prntscr.com/eeku49
    Firefox: http://prntscr.com/eekuvn

    I cannot find it myself!

    Hi There,

    X Theme doesn´t require Flash out of the box.You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Let us know how it goes,

    Before deactivating all plugins, please could you help me with this question?
    Why Adobe Flash Player plugin is requested only in my Home Page and NOT in all other pages?

    I’ve not specific WP plugins that works only on Home Page.

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I think it is because of the Slider revolution. This is the one thing that is not on the other pages. Please try to disable the slider in the Slider Settings : Above Masthead and see how it goes. You can enable it back again after your testing.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi There

    I disabled Slider Revolution on my Home Page, BUT the issue remains.

    Now I’ve enabled it again.

    Any other ideas?

    Hi There,

    What version of Chrome and Firefox do you have? I did checked the page in both browser and I did not see the Adobe Flash Player requirements. Try clearing your browser’s cache.
