    I have purchased the license for Slider Revolution.
    Now I would like to add whiteboard, which should be free.
    When I click to add it for free at https://revolution.themepunch.com/interactive-whiteboard-animation-free-addon/
    it takes me to an ad for buying Slider Revolution and then get whiteboard for free. But I already have purchased the license for Slider Rev.

    Am I mistaken? How am I supposed to dowmload whiteboard for free?

    Hi there,

    Please contact slider revolution support for this specific issue. As Revolution Slider is a 3rd party plugin, regretfully, we have limited support for it that only covers its compatibility issues with X.

    Hi There,

    The WhiteBoard is an Addon of Revslider, its not really free since you need to purchase a license of Revslider from ThemePunch. Then you can get the Addon directly on the dashboard.

    Hi Friech,

    thanks for your reply. I thought it might be possible to get that free addon as well as an X user as you include an unmodified version (stated in your KB article) of Revolution Slider in X Theme. Can you ask your devs if there is a way to get it? Or is it not possible because of your volume licence used for X? Would be great to have it still 🙂

    Hey Martin,

    That is not possible under licensing terms. Revolutions Slider is bundled as is and add-ons are not included. Please see https://community.theme.co/kb/integrated-plugins-revolution-slider/ for more details.
