    Hey, I’m trying to get my website up and running again after a “white screen of death” failure. I’m using the same X Theme I used originally and purchased back in the fall. My domain or IP address have not changed but I can not validate the license any ideas on what to do?

    Thanks for writing in!

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi Karen,

    As for this, we will need an FTP or CPanel access so that we can check if there is an error when we activate the theme.
