I am currently using X Theme for two of my sites and love it!
The newest of the two sites is centered around Buddypress and bbpress. The problem occurs when I switch from my free WordPress theme to X Theme Integrity Dark. Elements of the two plugins do not switch and the text is white on white.
I have googled the issue extensively and was able to repair some of the buttons with custom CSS, however I cannot find documentation for all and was hoping for assistance.
If I switch from X Theme to one of the free wordpress Themes, the issue goes away and the text turns black on white.
Currently the site is set to private but I have provided screenshots.

Thanks for writing in!
To assist you better with this issue, we’ll need to check the site firsthand. If your site is in under construction mode, you can provide us with your URL and WordPress login credentials so that we can take a closer look to your setup. Don’t forget to select Set as private reply to ensure your data remains hidden from other users.
Thanks!

Thanks for providing the access information to your site. To change the color of the white on white element, please change it in your customizer by going to Appearance > Customize > Typography > Site Links > Site Links and you can also set the color for the Appearance > Customize > Typography > Site Links > Site Links Hover. http://prntscr.com/84ebae
Please let us know how it goes.
