Hi! I am excited to try this theme out. I do have some questions about the layout I am trying to create.
1. I would like to add a white body border around the design. It needs to remain visible at the bottom of the screen even if you are at the top of the page. Is there a simple way to do this?
2. I would like to have the menu be centered at the very top within the white border that I was referring to. Here is an example of what I am trying to achieve:
3. I need to have the menu items link to the various parts of the page since all the section will be on the same page. Like this: https://blackrockdigital.github.io/startbootstrap-agency/
I would appreciate any help on how to make this work with X theme.

#2] Please go to the customizer, Appearance > Customize > Header > Logo and Navigation, and choose “Stacked layout”.
