    Dear guys,

    I did do a speed test on gtmetrix and I found a message about a page/2 on my site. I cannot find this page on my dashboard, but when I use type the url I get a page similar to my home page. Any idea how this page is generated, and – more important – how I can get rid of this page?

    Thanks in advance.

    It’s not fixed at all. I only gave you new credentials to have a look. The strange page is still there. It seems that you didn’t read the replies from your colleagues 🙂

    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! You will need to disable the Filter Index Option in the customizer. Enabling the filterable index will bypass the standard output of your blog page, allowing you to specify categories to highlight. After selecting this option, you will be asked to enter the IDs of the categories you would like to showcase. Simply go to Appearance > Customize > Ethos > Blog Options

    I went ahead and resolved the issue instead. Please check your site now.

    Sorry for the confusion. There is no available option for this as most blogs do not limit the display of their posts. Page 2 simply is the next page of your blog post display. If you have 7 blog posts and your post limit per page in your Settings > Reading is 7, you’ll have a page 2. 7 will display in the first page which is your blog page and the next 7 will be in page 2.

    To disable pagination (not recommended), please add the code below in your functions.php

    function no_pagination_blog( $query ) {
        if ( $query->is_home() && $query->is_main_query() ) {
            $query->set( 'nopaging', true );
        }
    }
    add_action( 'pre_get_posts', 'no_pagination_blog' );

    Thanks.
