    Hi,

    I am attempting to install an expanded demo (Agency). A dialog box told me that I do not have the Revolution slider plugin.

    Where do I get this plugin please?

    You can install Revolution Slider from X Addons > Extensions.

    Can I go one step further? I was receiving errors that Slider Revolution needed an update since the last Themeco update, but the updates never took. I thought if I deleted the plugin, I could reinstall through the Addons as mentioned above. However, when I click the install button, it shows it is installing then just hangs. Any suggestions?

    Hi there,

    According to changelog page https://theme.co/changelog/, current version of X is compatible with revolution slider v5.1.6. So please ignore the update for now.

    Please connect to FTP and delete revslider folder from wp-content/plugins, next navigate to WP dashboard/ X addons and install it again.

    If you need further assist, please open a new thread and provide us with login credentials in private replay.
