jameshowsamParticipantHello, my website has suddenly stopped appearing correctly. Do you know what would be the reason for this?
Thanks

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Can you clarify what is not working correctly?
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Let us know how it goes,
Joao

JadeModeratorHi there,
Have you done some customization that might have caused this? I’d like to check further so kindly provide your admin and FTP details.
Thank you.

FriechModeratorHi There,
Thank you but credentials did not work it says Invalid username, please check.

LelyModeratorHi James,
Thank you for the credentials.
I can see the following error:Uncaught Q js:101 You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors. Please go to Appearance > Ubermenu Control Panel > General Settings > Assets Tab > Load Google Maps APi: Disable this option. We don’t need that since it was already loaded by the theme in case you will use a MAP.
The first Error Uncaught Q is coming from your Google ads. Please try to remove google ads code at the moment and then check again.

jameshowsamParticipantHello, thanks for the reply. Disabling the Ubermenu Google Maps seems to have worked and everything is back to normal
