Hi,
when I’m logged onto the website, the website (all pages) scroll with the mouse pad wheel button or the keyboard down button, but when I’m logged out, the page stays on one area and doesn’t scroll unless I use a sidebar. Could you please check? few other people told me that they also experienced this problem.
thank you

Thanks for writing in! I can confirm that you cannot scroll on page however this case only happens when the mouse pointer is at the area of the slider. This is because the slider detects for any mouse events. As soon as you move the mouse pointer somewhere in the content area, the page scrolling when using the mouse wheel works fine.
Hope this explains it. Thank you.

i understand it.
I clicked everywhere else on the screen and it doesn’t scroll with the page down button on google chrome or the explorer for me unless I use a sidebar.
I’m using inspiron 7348, dell, windows 10, 64 bit, pen and touch screen. When i’m logged into my account, it scrolls, otherwise, i have to use a sidebar. So I’m puzzled.
I will ask around to make sure that scrolling works.
In addition, I enabled “smooth scroll” I don’t know if it made a difference.
January 3, 2016 at 6:18 pm #730062Hi there,
Another support here, yes could try it on another machine. I can be related to caching too.
Though, I can’t access your site on my end, looks like I’m blocked since it’s accessible by proxy.
Thanks.
January 5, 2016 at 12:04 pm #732950thank you. i really appreciate your support.
someone said this “Definitely some scrolling issues in desktop Safari 9.02 on OS X 10.10.5”
I’m just worried if my website has scrolling issues, it will be a huge pitfall for me.
January 5, 2016 at 4:09 pm #733253Hi again,
Your site isn’t accessible on my end either, however you could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If you’re using smooth scroll extension then deactivate it too and check your site again,
Let us know how this goes!
