    Hello, I’ve been having several issues with this theme. The latest is trying to update the theme and plugins within wordpress. I’ve been seeing notifications that say the product is not validated, however, I’ve confirmed that it is validated on the product validation screen. When trying to update the X theme and X plugins within wordpress they always fail. I’ve decided to manually update the X theme to 4.4.0 via FTP to see if that solves these problems, but now I’m completely unable to access the wordpress backend.

    Can you help?

    Please clear all caches and disable all third party plugins when you update. Your security plugin could cause conflict.
