Hi there,

What do you mean? Any caching plugin or even cdn (cloudflare) should work with X theme. The issues comes when you updated your X theme and plugins. That’s due to files having latest version while the cache and cdn still displaying the older version. Thus clearing and purging is required. Some plugin actually add their own settings in htaccess and even on wp-config.php which requires some resetting too. All caching plugin have same effect regardless of theme, and they need to be purged or cleared when needed.

The real problem here is actually the rocket loader, all scripts are affected by that. Like from here https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/problems-with-cornerstone-not-working/

Even core files are affected like from here https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/couponlogin-links-woocommerce-checkout-page-not-working-modernizr-js-error/

You can check the forum about issues with rocket loader by searching with keyword “rocket”

Then your caching also cached your site’s content that includes the optimized content from rocket loader which makes our search harder.

Hi X theme support,

Thanks a lot for your big help. At least – as you suggested before, after I added one of Your suggested rules (doesn’t matter which rule is added – 1st or 2nd), Cornerstone starts to work fine every time despite a small bug – I just have to reload Cornerstone twice each time.

Regarding Rocket loader – in my case it always was set as “Automatic” in Cloudflare’s / Speed / settings, even when I was trying adding new rules. So as I see now, Rocket loader could be set as automatic if it is ok for you to reload Cornerstone twice I didn’t try to disable Rocket loader, as new way of solving problem suits my needs.

You were able to have cloudflare enabled and still edit the right side of the page? I’m having problems getting it working. I also had to disable wp super cache

Yes, just as long as it’s cleared and purged while rocket loader is disabled.
