Hi. New purchase-ee of X, currently busy exploring it. I do a good bunch of development on a local server, so I thought I’d make a multisite of X containing all the stacks and their variants as sub-sites using the demo content import feature. I’ve prepared the subsites for Integrity & Ethos, and I just noticed something – Visual Composer doesn’t have a consistent GUI/interface across websites! Look at these pictures:
A1
A2
Here VC has some predefined layouts available and has brightly-colored elements.B1
B2
..but in this instance there are no predefined layouts and has monochromatic elements. What’s going on? Is this a bug?

Thanks for writing in!
Did you purchase the Visual Composer plugin separately or you’re using the bundled version of the Visual Composer plugin that comes with X ?
Please make sure to use the plugin that comes with X. For detailed information please review (https://theme.co/x/member/kb/integrated-plugins-visual-composer/).
Let us know how it goes.

April 18, 2015 at 3:02 am #252648Hello There,
Please make sure that you have X shortcodes plugin activated in each of your sites. VC may look differently when it is activated or deactivated. With X shortcodes activated, some VC native settings were changed or removed. For detailed explaination of the VC integration, please check it out here: https://theme.co/x/member/kb/integrated-plugins-visual-composer/
Hope this explains it.
