    these two worked!

    yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/x-shortcodes.zip
    yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/revslider.zip

    this does not
    yourdomain.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/plugins/js_composer.zip

    WHAT CAN I DO?

    Hello There,

    If you cannot download the js_composer.zip, please re upload your copy of X to your server. The file might be corrupted during installation. There are other files that may have been corrupted also which may create some issues in the future.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Hi There,

    Are you on Godaddy’s wordpress hosting? This might be a host related problem. Please extract the js_composer.zip file you found on x\framework\plugins directory and upload the extracted js_composer folder to your server’s \wp-content\plugins directory via FTP.
