I have just installed the X theme and do not see the Visual Composer Option/Toolbar available to use on the pages. I have used the Visual Composer on another site, but don’t see it here. And I don’t find Visual Composer or WPBakery Visual Composer in a plugin search. What am I missing?

Hey Charlielyn,

Please go to Addons > Extensions (see http://prntscr.com/5e35lv) and you should see the button to install Visual Composer.

I too have the same issue but I have installed the VC plugin. It just does not show up in the back end. Actually I see it for a split second and then it disappears. It is currently set to active but again does not show in the back end. Any helpful hints?

Maybe I’m missing something… The backed editor works fine, but how do you access the front-end editor?

I am sorry but I am not sure what you are referring to by front end editor.

I assume you mean the customizer?

It’s located under Appearance > Customizer in WordPress Dashboard
