Hi there, when I select a page to “Edit with Visual Composer,” it takes me to the next screen and gets stuck loading. The load icon with the three boxes appears and that’s all it does. How can I fix this?

Our developers are already investigating why “Edit with Visual Composer” get stuck on the loading screen and they will be releasing a fix for this issue soon. We will let you know!
For the meantime, you can edit the page the usually way and use the Visual Composer’s Backend editor. Please see attached image.
Thank you.

March 2, 2015 at 2:18 pm #218671Hi There
@Dynastico and @imjinnie
This is a serious issue we hope that it could be added in our next release. As of the moment, there were no exact date shared. We will do our best to do it sooner.
You can try this if it works, temporary fix, re-install your VC manually via FTP, use the bundled VC version in the theme then overwrite plugin in your wordpress.
We hope it could work. If not, let us know.
Thank you for understanding.
Cheers!
March 3, 2015 at 3:21 pm #219541Update: I am able to use Visual Composer to edit my Posts but it is still not working for any Pages.
I have re-installed, re-activated, validated the product, and created the api. Please let me know when this issue will be fixed.
March 3, 2015 at 5:54 pm #219640Sure thing!
Our developers are already working on it. Soon enough they will be releasing a fix for that.
Thank you for your patience.
April 20, 2015 at 10:16 am #254020any updates on when that “soon” is? VC was a major reason why I bought this theme…
April 20, 2015 at 10:44 am #254040Hi There,
Thanks for the follow up. We could not guarantee you time but we are definitely sure that this is one of the priority for our updates.
Meanwhile, You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Thank you for your patience.
