Just want to say, I think you are doing a pretty phenomenal job on this theme – thank-you for releasing it!
I’m having an issue with the proper layout of rows and columns throughout this website after an automatic update of the theme and plugins was completed: http://prairiegirlmusic.com/
The page layouts have been working fine for ages. Most of the pages are using rows that have been set with a 2/3, 3/3, or 4/4 grid layout with text blocks and such inside the cells. However, all of my layouts using this method are broken now.
I’ve rebuilt pages from scratch to check if it is an issue with the VC formatting, no luck. I’ve updated everything and tried turning off my plugins in ever combo possible. I’ve cleared my cache.
What can I try next to fix this?
Thanks in advance for your help.
January 30, 2015 at 2:50 am #194998Hi there,
I’m unable to check the version of your X shortcode, Make sure you have installed it and make sure it’s updated(v3.0.3).
Hope it helps.
February 9, 2015 at 8:16 am #202281That worked, thank-you!
I had to manually remove the old plugin from the server and install it through your Add-ons panel instead of through the regular upload area.
I thought that when the theme was licensed, the plugins would update automatically. Is this not the case? Or is this a one time reconfiguration I had to do?
February 9, 2015 at 1:38 pm #202522Hi there,
In X theme, only the x-shortcode plugins and x theme will update automatically. Other updates were done during the theme x updates. such us woocommerce, Rev slider and other add ons plugin because those plugins were updated according to the compatibility of x. You can find the latest version numbers here:changelog here.
You might want to see or review our update guide. update guide here
Thanks. Cheers
