    Hello,

    I’ve inherited the support for the following website: http://www.mtiwellington.com/

    Wordpress version: 4.7.2
    X Version: 2.4.0

    The site hasn’t been updated in some time, but I’ve received a bunch of requests from the content owner to complete – I’ve logged in and found that after recent updates, I’m no longer able to update via Visual Composer.

    I suspect that I need to update my x Version and perhaps the licence as well, I just want to be able to get back to being update this site as I used to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hello There,

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    If everything is now updated and the issue still exists, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – Page with issue

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    You’re using outdated version of theme and plugins, please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins and update theme and plugins manually via FTP.
    Next follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation and validate your products.
    Disable x shortcodes plugin and visit X addons page to install cornerstone automatically.
