    Hi there,

Unfortunately the Admin login is incorrect, please check and let us know.

For the meantime, please disable your Profit builder plugin. JS error is originating from that plugin.

Or, you can simply disable all your plugin while we’re checking your site.

    Thanks!

    Hi Jason,

Thanks for getting back to us. Upon checking, it turns out that you are using X4.0 and yet X shortcodes is still active. Please deactivate and delete X Shortcodes 3.0.5 plugin. Please take note that X shortcodes 3.0.5 and its functionality has been consolidated into Cornerstone which you can install by going to X Addons > Extensions. To know more about Cornerstone, please check it out here: http://theme.co/blog/x-version-4-introducing-cornerstone/

Hope this helps. Kindly let us know.

    Hi Jason,

Upon checking, I can still see a lot of javascript error in your site.

Can you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks
