    I updated my theme and the way visual composer works is completely different than I remember it a year ago. For a page I click on edit in visual composer and the VC icon just keeps loading in the middle of the screen.

    When i click on the page in wordpress the content section just has white text. It looks like all of the shortcodes and layouts are being retained because the website in the browsers still looks okay. But this is not an ideal way to edit in wordpress.

    How can i update or fix this so i can edit with visual composer with drag and drop.

    Please help

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi there,

    For some reasons, the page is not editable in VC anymore. I copied the content to a new page titled ‘X support’ and VC started to work fine. Please check it.
