My client hasn’t made any updates to this site in a year and they just noticed that the home page was not displaying correctly. I think this started happening after a recent update of WordPress. There was an old version of the x theme installed and we just updated to the latest version. This did not fix the issue.

When I try to open the “home” page using Visual Composer it’s not showing any of the content rows that we originally setup (see attached). I noticed that the same thing is happening on other pages in the site as well. It looks like Visual Composer is not working. Here is the code that is in “Classic Mode” in the page editor…

Can someone look at the code and tell me what is causing the conflict with Visual Composer?

Hi there,

1. Please disable your cache plugin
2. Delete your X shortcodes plugin
3. Go to Admin > Addons and reload it until it installs cornerstone plugin (you can verify if it’s installed if you see cornerstone from your plugin list)
4. Update your visual composer

You have updated your X theme but not the plugins.
