    WPBakery Visual Composer Version 4.3.5

    My client is experiencing a problem with the back end of their site. When they click on a page the Visual Composer content is not showing so they cannot edit their page content. Apparently it was working yesterday. I am seeing the same issue. Please see attached screen shot…

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! It seems you are using very older version of theme and plugins. Also you are still using X Shortcodes which already deprecated and replaced by Cornerstone and Cornerstone is required to run X smoothly.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

    Don’t forget to deactivate< strong>X Shortcodes plugin.

    How do I go about updating the theme please? How do I update to Cornerstone?

    Will this effect any of my content?
