    Hello!

    I’m using Visual Composer and when I click front-end editor, it stays on a loop and never ends up loading. The back-end editor also doesn’t load.

    (a) I see the plugin is outdated and I know it’s up to you to integrate the update, so there’s nothing I can do there, correct?
    (b) the plugin works on some pages, but not on the homepage. Am I missing something?

    Any chance you could please have a closer look? I’ll post access details separately.

    Hey There,

    Thanks for writing in!

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
