    Hi,

    I’m running WP 4.5 using X Version: 4.3.2 using a child.

    Currently Visual Composer ( 4.9.2 ) will not load. The pre-loader keeps on loading.

    If I try updating the parent X to 4.4.2 all my page layouts break.

    I can’t make any changes to my site. What can I do to fix these issues.

    Hi Phil,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
