amy kParticipantI’ve tried everything!!! (I think)
It all happened when i updated to Word Press 4.5.
The entire site is built with Visual Composer (and it’s what the client knows how to use, so I need to continue to use it.)
Please help, as they can’t access any of their pages to make changes using VC. The page just hangs, and loads and loads… log in credentials to follow.April 25, 2016 at 10:20 am #898778

amy kParticipantI just realized I need to be using VC 4.11.2. Which something my client will have to pay extra for? They are a not-for-profit, so I feel terrible telling them they need to pay for something that originally came packaged with the theme 🙁

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Would you tell us how did you realize that you need to pay extra? Our Version Compatibility says the version v4.11.2.1 is compatible with X and I can see this on automatic update. If you can’t see then just check from Dashboard > Updates. So just update this to latest version to solve the issue.
Hope this makes sense.
Cheers!

amy kParticipantfor whatever reason, I did not have the option to update the VC plug in yesterday. This morning, I log in and it allowed me to update and the VC is loading just fine. Thank you for your time 🙂
