Hi there,

I’ve recently updated to WP 4.5.1 and can suddenly no longer load visual composer on any of my WP pages.

E.g. http://sydneystonemasons.com.au/residential/feature-walls/

What steps could I take to fix this? I can give log in credentials if needed.

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Upon checking, I can see you are still using an old version of the theme.

Please update your theme and plugins to latest version

The latest version numbers as of this time are: (http://theme.co/changelog/)

X Theme 4.6.0
Cornerstone 1.3.0
Visual Composer 4.12
x-shortcodes – deactivate and delete this plugin, it is being replaced by cornerstone

Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

I’ve updated X Theme and Visual Composer to the latest version and that’s fixed it thanks.

I did not want to switch to Cornerstone, but discovered I could turn it off and keep using VC instead for designing pages. Thanks
