ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I have bundled version of VC and I don’t see ‘Grid builder’ element, it this an VC addons?
If so, regretfully we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.Otherwise please clarify and provide us with URL and login credentials.
Thanks.

DarshanaModeratorHi there,
You can enable WordPress Debug information and see whether you’re getting any errors. To do that, edit the wp-config.php file in the root of your WordPress installation, locate the following phrase (
WP_DEBUG) and change it as follows.define('WP_DEBUG', true); Then you can try to update your page and see if you’re getting any errors when saving.
Let us know how it goes.

priscilapsParticipantHey I’m having the same problem.. the grid builder is a feature on vc plugin… when we use the post grid element we can customize the way posts are showed in it, rather than use the built in post grid templates.
Take a look on the print screen, please…
When we click save (salvar mudanças) or update (atualizar) it doesn’t do anything.. we lose all the work.
Thank you

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for updating this thread! At this time we kindly ask that you open up your issue along with your WP credentials in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
