    Hi there,
    We have a Visual Composer problem. Single elements – such as custom headline or text – cannot open, they hang on load.
    Everything is up to date – wordpress: 4.5–de_DE , Theme X version: 4.4.2, plugin wpbakery visual composer: Version 4.11.2
    We deinstalled and reinstalled the visual composer plugin, but the issue wasn´t solved. Please can you help. I send a screenshot as an attachment.

    Hi there,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
