jeremiahrizzoParticipantHi there,
I have 3 licenses for three purchases of X Theme – and am only using one actively. I’m trying to update X Theme on my site at http://lovecradleint.org/ as right now Visual Composer is broken with the recent version of WordPress. I am trying to “activate” the purchase in the theme in order to update it, so I can fix Visual Composer, but I keep getting messages that all three are activated. Please can someone help me? I have a client who is waiting for work to be done. Thanks!

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
You’re using old version of x and plugins, please follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins and update theme manually via FTP. Next follow this link https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation and validate your product. Then you’ll be able to update plugins automatically.
Hope it helps.

jeremiahrizzoParticipantThanks! This seemed to do the trick 🙂
I don’tn know why, but it wouldn’t let me update before. Thanks for your prompt help.
