    Hello,

    We have a child theme for X running on multisite. X theme is version 4.3. We have two licenses, one on the main domain, and one separate one for this site.

    We use Visual Composer, and it can no longer open pages for editing after the update.

    We have done the product validation and it informs us that automatic updates are all set, but does not update.

    It is imperative that we do not lose page templates that we have created and stored in the current Visual Composer.

    Please advise.

    Can you confirm that you are fully updated? (Theme and Plugins)

    You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

    If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.
