jqiParticipantHi,
I’ve restarted an old project which was half finished using visual composer. when i logged back in, i’ve updated to the latest x theme version.
However, now when i go to the pages, the back end interface seems to be gone. All it displays are:
Visual composer and with the icon, the plus sign, 3block icon, gear and frontend. When i select frontend the visual composer tries to load, but it takes forever (infinite loop).
Only thing i can do is use classic view, however this does not solve my problem as my client is not tech savvy.
Please help.
thank you

jqiParticipantHi,
an update on this, it seems visual composer is completely broken. When i switch back to classic mode and remove all the content within the WYSIWYG editor, the default visual composer gets displayed.
However, when i try to add a content band using the GUI interface doesn’t matter how many times i’ve select the content band it does not get activated (attachment 1 and 2).
Also if i try to add back any of the previous shortcode, the visual composer breaks (see attachment 3 )
Any help would be greatly appreciate it.
Thank you

Please let me know what I can do to help resolve this.

I need to make updates to my website immediately.
