    Good Afternoon

    I have just install X theme but i can’t use visual composer, it is asking me to buy the activation code.

    Please help its urgent!!!

    Can you confirm that you have validated your X theme purchase and you are fully updated to latest versions?

    Yes i have validated my X theme purchase and i am fully updated to latest versions.
    But still it is still asking me for validation key

    Hi there,

    Thanks for writing in! Visual Composer is an Integrated Plugin of X. You don’t need to activate it to use with X and there is no license key provided for integrated plugins. However if you want the premium features i.e. support fromWPBakery) then you need to purchase a separate license from CodeCanyon.

    P.S: The term “activation” is actually referring the plugin activation not license.

    If you still think you can’t use Visual Composer then provide your WordPress login credentials in a private reply.

    Also i build the website elsewhere before migrating it using XML. The on the domain where i first built it, everything was functional, but here it doesnt work and i can see my website the way i built it the first time. I even migrated the license.
    Please if you can help it will be great.

    Hi there,

    I don’t see any problem. I have installed Visual Composer from X Addons menu and it asked me to activate this from plugin page (with link). I just went to to the page and activated the plugin (activated as plugin). It’s not asking to activate the license. So what’s wrong you are facing here? Let’s start editing your page with Visual Composer.

    I never had that in my previous domain. And next, if you open any page i have already built, you will see i can’t change neither the padding nor the margin on visual composer, the option to do so is locked. Therefore, i can’t see any page.

    My visual composer without activation key doesn’t have design option.
    So maybe i am doing something wrong but i really do not know what it is i am missing

    Hi there,

    Please ignore the license activation because you don’t have any activation key neither we provide any license key for our integrated plugins that already mentioned. It’s only for premium features and you won’t face any issue using the plugin for this.

    The issue you are referring is not related with activation rather other settings. You need to enable design option to avail this. You can either disable X Integration to get the native option of Visual Composer or enable/disable design option separately from X Integration tab – http://prntscr.com/b1xrl9

    Kindly spend a few minutes exploring the options before updating and you will get this all.
