    Hello Themeco,

    Really appreciate your theme. For some strange reason the Visual Composer Ultimate Addon’s Advanced Carousel is not working correctly with your X Theme. Navigation is not showing and settings are not being applied. Also, we built a custom grid template with the Ultimate addons, but it will not display. We also tried to add a Revolution Slider to a section of our page, but it also will not display.

    I am unable to show the actual site, due to the client’s restrictions.

    Maybe you know a workaround?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind sharing us your URL and please try checking for plugin conflicts. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    I’m sorry but the site is under contract to not be shown. Wish you guys could have a look at it, but we are unable to share.

    I will try deactivating the plugins trick.
