    Hello!

    I have a client still on the visual composer – however it’s no longer loading when trying to update a page.

    I understand that if I open it in cornerstone everything will be wiped – is there anyway of transfering it to Cornerstone or continue to use visual composter?

    Thanks for writing in!

    You will have to redesign the page in Cornerstone. Could you please provide us with website login details so we can take a closer look as to why VC is not working?

    You’re system is outdated. Please update WordPress, X and Cornerstone. Also update plugins according to the version compatibility list here https://community.theme.co/kb/version-compatibility/. See https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ for X update instructions.

    When updating cornerstone I get this error

    An error occurred while updating Cornerstone: Download failed. Forbidden

    Hi there,

    This usually happens if you have any permission issue. Please try resetting your WordPress files and folders permissions. The correct settings can be found at http://www.smashingmagazine.com/2014/05/08/proper-wordpress-filesystem-permissions-ownerships/

    If you are using any security plugin then that might also cause this.
