Hello, I found solutions about the Vimeo black bars here on the forum. But none seem to really remove them for me. I have a Pro account with Vimeo. Does anyone know how to get the 16:9 ratio without the black bars?

I’ve taken a look at your site and found a way to remove the black borders but this also removes the player controls, as they seem to be part of the same class/div. Can you post your wp-admin login info please in a private reply so I can take a closer look at this for you. 🙂

Thanks for the details. I have checked the backend and it seems like you are using a 3rd party plugin for the videos. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

Oh of course, essential grid you mean. I’m sorry, I didn’t think of that my self! Pardon me asking: Does X theme support any kind of cool grid to show video works? Naturally I’d go with that.
