After I install the theme. How do I make it look like demos?

I hope we don’t have to read all this

You sure don’t need to read all of that. We have plenty of video walkthroughs and short articles in our knowledge base to learn about everything in X and Cornerstone. Please refer to our knowledge base here: https://community.theme.co/kb/

I would first recommend you to check out Theme Installation article and then Demo Content that will help you get started with the theme and demo content.
