    Hi, I’m building a new website and I’m experiencing the same problem I had with my previous site that I used the X theme on. When I add a video (.mov or .mp4) the video audio is there but I just get no picture, just white.

    I’ve read other posts where the suggestion is to use .mp4 videos, but the .mov file I tried using on this site is on the customers old wordpress site which works perfectly, so this is obviously an X-Theme issue.

    This is the link to the new trial site (licence to be bought if customer happy with results!!) – http://kcc.exist.ie/2016/12/06/christmas-comes-to-kcc/ – I have added the .mp4 file to this page and getting same issue as when I use a .mov file.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for posting in.

    You should add it with full URL, not like this /kcc1/wp-content/uploads/videos/Kingswood_Promo_Video.mp4?_=1

    But should be like this http://kcc.exist.ie/wp-content/uploads/videos/Kingswood_Promo_Video.mp4?_=1

    Else, it will not work.
