    Hi,

    On a segment of my website, I have a video that is running on the background hosted with the same host. I wanted to know why the video is not showing up on mobile devices. where can I find the settings to have this display on mobile.

    Thanks for your reply. I have read the thread but it’s necessary and crucial that the video plays on mobile. How can this be accomplished?

    Hello There,

    Videos are not “autoplay” on mobile, thus you can’t make it visible as background. To play video on mobile, it needs interaction from the user like tapping it. And there is no way to tap a background video . Regretfully a video background on mobile devices is not possible and cannot be accomplished.

    can you suggest a plugin that i could use to achieve the video to be played.

    Hello There,

    Maybe it is possible that on desktop screens you’ll have the background video. On smaller screens, please create a section that will only be visible on smaller screen. You can embed the video instead so that on smaller screen, the user has an option to play the video.
