Videos are not “autoplay” on mobile, thus you can’t make it visible as background. To play video on mobile, it needs interaction from the user like tapping it. And there is no way to tap a background video . Regretfully a video background on mobile devices is not possible and cannot be accomplished.

Maybe it is possible that on desktop screens you’ll have the background video. On smaller screens, please create a section that will only be visible on smaller screen. You can embed the video instead so that on smaller screen, the user has an option to play the video.
