    Looks like you’re using the Video Player element which accepts self-hosted video only. Please use the Embedded Video element for Youtube or embedded videos.

    The best way to achieve this effect without custom development is to use Slider Revolution as it has options readily available for your specific need (video background with sound and text overlay).

    OK… this is getting tiresome….

    Anyway I have sorted something in Layer Slider – http://beerguerrilla.co.uk/video-home-2/

    Despite using the functions within Layer slider, the text isnt central to the page height wise, and the title needs to be bigger (it is in H1 tags so not sure why its not)…

    It was exactly the same in revolution slider…

    eh….??????

    I haven’t sorted it… guys this has been going on forever… can people actually read the posts i put rather than quickly trying to reply. Would be so much easier.

    Hi There,

    Sorry about the back-and-fort. Back on your original issue, please upload your video on your site/server (instead on YouTube) so you can have a direct link of the video. You can upload mp4 video on your Media Library if it does not exceed to the upload limit, else upload it via FTP.

    Would you mind pointing us where is your slider? I am not seeing any slider on this page: http://beerguerrilla.co.uk/video-home-2/

    @onefoursix – No need to be rude here… I read this entire thread because I’m looking for a solution and couldn’t help but notice your impatience and lack of communication. I know it can be frustrating to not get what you’re looking for, but accusing doesn’t help. Did you figure it out?
