MelissaParticipantHello, i made a purchase for your fantastic theme after verifying with the Envato Help Desk that i only need one license to use on multiple subdomains. Here’s what they said:
“If you are going to use the item on one domain, or multiple subdomains, you will only require one License. For example:
http://www.domain.com/siteOne
siteTwo.domain.com/
site.Three.domain.com/”Unfortunately as i try to verify my theme license on a different subdomain, it is unsuccessful with the error message: Your code is valid but looks like it has already been used on another site. You can revoke and re-assign within your Themeco account.
It seems conflicting information – would you please help me understand this rightly?

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing in! Note that the validation is an extra feature of X so that you can update everything from dashboard. As Envato said, you can certainly use X on subdomains but validation won’t work with single license for the subdomains. So you can continue using without validation same as how the other theme works.
However if you use sub folders then it’s possible to validate them.
Hope this explains better.

MelissaParticipantHi Rupok,
Thanks for your reply.
Would it be right then to say that since i cannot validate the license on my subdomains, the same sites will not receive theme updates?

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Yes, you will need to do the updates manually.
