I do realize that 3rd party plugins are noted as being “unsupportable”, but would like to know if this case falls into the same.

Situation:
Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer was added. Some features work, but sadly zero modules were added.

Question:
Is there a method which simply allows the new modules to display in VC along with existing functionality?

Solution:
Needed to also select checkboxes in SETTINGS>VISUAL COMPOSER>GENERAL SETTINGS> (select role)> then check what should be visible
